Define RDM : Random Death Match. This is when someone randomly kills people for no rp reason. Define RDA:  Random Arrest. This is wehn a police officer randomly arrests people with no rp reason. A player is reported for supposedly killing multiple other individuals, explain how you would handle this situation in explicit detail:  First I would teleport the individual that called the sit to me, then i would ask them who was the offencer in question. After they tell me who they think it is i would check logs to make sure i am bringing the right person. After that i would bring the "rdm'r" to the sit and freeze them to make sure that they do not attempt to rdm anyone else in the sit. Then i would ask the person what they were doing to get their side of the story so they can try to defend themselves. After i get their story i would see weather or not they had a vaild reason for killing the people for example if they were raiding or if the people were shooting at him he would have the right to defend himself or attack them. If they dont have a valid reason for killing them i would punish them accordingly ,but if they do have a valid reason i would explain to the person that called the sit why he was able to do what he did. Another player is reported for supposedly unlawfully arresting multiple other individuals, explain how you would handle this situation in explicit detail: First i would bring the person that is arresting people and freeze them to make sure they cant leave the sit and cause more havick. Then i would ask why they are arresting people to get their side of the story, then i would bring someone that was reporting the rda'r and ask them what was happening. If the person that was rdaing had a valid arguement i would explain to the person that was reporting him why he was allowed to do that. If the person didnt have a valid reason for rdaing i would punish them accordingly. You are handling a situation and one of the individuals involved is frequently insulting to you and anyone else involved. How do you handle this situation?: First i would ask the person to stop and if they don't i would gag them so they wouldnt be able to harrase anyone else.
