Define RDM : Random Death Match - Killing a player without a proper RP reason. Define RDA:  Random Arrest - Arresting a player when you are a cop without the player breaking any laws / falsely arresting. A player is reported for supposedly killing multiple other individuals, explain how you would handle this situation in explicit detail: First, I would check players report or server logs to see who is killing multiple people, I would bring them to an administrator area with the !bring ulx command, and bring the players who reported them. I would ask for both peoples stories and try to determine exactly what the situation was, as well as ask for any evidence, such as a recording to show that they were killed for no RP reason. If I see that the person did kill someone without a reason, then I would issue a verbal or jail them, depending if they have been warned in the past. If the player is guilty of killing many people for no reason then I would issue a temporary one week ban. However, if I determine that no one was RDM'ed then I would explain to the player who made the report the reason it was not RDM and make sure that the fully understand why, and return the players. Another player is reported for supposedly unlawfully arresting multiple other individuals, explain how you would handle this situation in explicit detail: If multiple people made a complaint against one player, I would teleport them to me and jail then and ask for an explanation as to why they are arresting people. If they are proven innocent then I would let them go, if I find that they have been arresting many people without a reason, I would issue a one week ban. If only one report was claimed,  I would go to the player who filed the report and ask who it was who arrested them. I would bring the player who they tell me to (if they don't know who then I would check logs) and then ask why they arrested the reporter. I would ask for any video evidence from both players. If there is evidence that can be proven that it was RDA, I would give a verbal warning and jail the player for a short amount of time, and unarrest the player that was arrested. If it was not RDA then I would explain the situitaion to make sure they know why and return the player the report was filed on. You are handling a situation and one of the individuals involved is frequently insulting to you and anyone else involved. How do you handle this situation?: I would gag the player in game util they are willing to be more cooperative with me. I would ask them to be more respectful to me and the other individuals invovled. If he is willing to be less insulting then I would ungag him. If he is not willing to be respectful, then I would keep the player gagged until the sit is over. Why should we accept you instead of various other applicants?: I have been a staff member on many servers before, as well as being co-owner of a DarkRP server. I also have never had any infractions with any staff members on the server.[/b]
